The Project
Carafa Srl Società Benefit is participating in the project “The New Skills Fund – Skills for Innovation”, an initiative financed under the National Programme “Youth, Women and Work” 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
The project aims to strengthen workers’ skills in response to technological, digital, and organizational changes, supporting professional growth and innovation within business processes.
Objectives
Through its participation in the New Skills Fund, Carafa Srl Società Benefit aims to:
- enhance employees’ skills in line with new production requirements;
- promote adaptation to market changes and digital innovation;
- promote the company’s competitiveness and sustainability.
Training Activities
The training activities are aimed at the employees involved in the project and are designed to develop and strengthen the skills needed to address business challenges, supporting innovation and professional growth.
The programs are carried out with the support of CSF – Centro Servizi e Formazione Srl, an accredited training provider that assists the company in the design, management, and delivery of the activities.
